Building Effective Team Culture & Management

This is a can't miss event if you are a coach who is interested in how to build a more successful team away from just the X's and O's of coaching - the physical and mental aspects of player development and art of coaching methods.

We are excited to announce that Rob Holder will be opening our 2018 event. Holder is the current head coach of Metropolis RFC & Director of Spearhead Academy -  the central feature in his book Crossing the 101 which will be provided to all of those in attendance!

Holder has extensive experience in managing teams at the national, collegiate, and local levels with extensive experience with USA Rugby, US Air Force Academy, Stanford University, University of Minnesota, Spearhead Academy, and the East Palo Alto Razorbacks. His story featured in Crossing the 101 is one in which every coach can benefit in learning.

You won't want to miss out on Holder's insights on building team culture, keeping players in the present in a world full of distraction, and using sport as a vehicle for positive personal change.
